Kumara Patch Ambassador Terms and Conditions

By applying to become an Ambassador for Kumara Patch (“KP”), you, the Ambassador (“You”), acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Kit and Equipment

  • Any Kit provided at no cost remains the property of KP until the end of the Agreement Term.

  • You agree not to sell, give away, or otherwise transfer any Kit before the end of the Term.

  • If the Agreement ends early, You will return all Kit belonging to KP in good condition.

2. Financial Support

  • KP may, at its discretion, provide financial contributions (“Sponsorship Payments”) or additional product support.

  • Any such payments or support may be adjusted or withdrawn if the Agreement ends early.

3. Your Commitments

You agree to:

  • Represent KP and its Brands positively in all public and online activities.

  • Use and showcase the Brands’ products whenever practical.

  • Post on social media (e.g. Instagram, Facebook) at least once per month, tagging the Brands’ accounts.

  • Share at least one high-quality photo or video per month suitable for marketing use (KP may reuse this content).

  • Provide a brief activity update every three months (results, events, or upcoming plans).

  • Attend up to two marketing events and two photo sessions per season (to be agreed with KP).

  • Avoid promoting or representing competing brands during the Term.

  • Treat all Kit with care and return any test gear if requested.

  • Keep confidential any non-public information about KP or the Brands.

Failure to meet these commitments may result in early termination of the Agreement.

4. KP Commitments

KP agrees to:

  • Support You with Kit and/or Sponsorship Payments as communicated and agreed.

  • Treat You fairly and respectfully in all communications and marketing.

  • Use Your image and content only in a positive, brand-aligned manner.

5. Legal and Administrative

  • This Agreement does not create any employment relationship. You act as an independent partner.

  • You acknowledge the inherent risks of your activities and agree that KP is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.

  • You are responsible for maintaining your own health and accident insurance.26

  • KP may terminate this Agreement immediately if You breach these terms, damage the Brands’ reputation, cease Your activities, or represent competing brands.

  • Governing Law:

    • If You are based in New Zealand, these terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Auckland.

    • If You are based in France, these terms are governed by French law and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Annecy.

    • If You are based in the United Kingdom, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be handled by the courts of London.

By ticking the box below, You confirm that You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them for the duration of Your participation as an Ambassador with Kumara Patch.
